After 14 and a half years at 38b High Street, Lucy has moved into a whole new salon, still in Downham Market. Essence is now Norfolk Beauty Co, and it's a space to relax and be pampered in.

Before you come in
A few things that help your appointment go smoothly.
Patch tests
Any tinting, brow lamination or lash lift needs a patch test at least 24-48 hours before your appointment, if you’ve never had one with us, if anything has changed medically (especially allergies), or if you haven’t visited in the last 6 months. It’s an insurance and salon requirement, and it’s for your safety.
Your first nail appointment
Please come with bare nails. For insurance reasons we don’t remove anything applied by anybody else. Booking nail art or a French finish? Please say when you book, as it needs extra time.
Pedicures
Please remember flip flops for your Elim Pedicure.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They can’t be extended.

We accept bank transfer or cash (bank transfer preferred, please).
